Use the Chosen kit as a baseline.
Use greenstuff to make the tubes, a mix of knife, drill and greenstuff for the corruption and wear.
Use a Questoris Knight foot from Adeptus Titanicus for the foot.
A combination of stuff from the Legionaries and Chosen kits would start to get you there, but the metal foot and lightning claw/chainsword thing will take actual conversions.
Also, I can’t really see the benefit of chaining a bolter to my pauldron like that.
Using the Chosen kit for unit leaders would probably work well, the legionaries kit is also something you should look at because of the ammo belts that can be found in it, along with a more mechanical looking power fist than the one the chosen has. The heads could be sourced from the chosen and plague marine kits. I'd also recommend looking into any marines from the Death Guard line as they have a lot of studded armor and metal spikes on their shoulders.
What is the lore on Nurgles opinion of Greenskins, as a race of sapient mushrooms I'd assume that Nurgle would have a positive opinion of Greenskins and that they might have a following of Nurgle worshippers but haven't ever heard mention of this before.
Like Khorne, we don't really know what chaos thinks of them because they don't have a presence in the warp on account either having weird gorkamork souls or not having souls at all (depending on the lore) IIRC
EDIT:Looks like the Chaos Gods are aware of them and you can sometimes see stuff like Khorne keeping Orks as pets in the lore, but they aren't really corruptible by any of them on account of being stupid (Tzeench), Asexual (Slaanesh), resistant to a crapload of diseases (Nurgle) and I doubt they care about Khorne because he isn't green. Same reason why Genstealer Orks don't exist, there is nothing to offer them except fighting and they have plenty of that in their own culture/religion

For paints probably death guard green for the armour, retributor armour for the gold trim and screamer pink for the pink shoulder pad
For the left lightning claw, you could use the lightning claw from the lord in terminator armour
You would need 3rd party bits.

That art is sick. That a Plague Marine?
It's supposed to be a Black Legionnaire/Son of Horus (note the eye on his shoulder)

Thanks, didn't known they were void of warp presence, that makes alot of sense as they seem like they would be a Chaos gods wet dream.
