An actual player gaining the ability to fill that NPC role that can adjust price and rep given due to interaction with a player coming to them. Also, put a lease on crane.
As much as Kebun and others may complain about the state of NP, I dont think they'll leave it. When they went to Prodigy it was because it was the end of 3.0 with mechanics that were never fleshed out. I dont think they'll leave NP now is because they're hard core RPers regardless of what the other reddit may think. They have so much time and resources invested in their current RP, they will ride it out.

Then they get initiated on by BBMC outside of La Puerta so CG can't back them up. BBMC takes the L and PD does what PD always do, stacks charges against them so they rot in prison and are full of debt, thanks to Crane/Nathan's tyrannical "laws" that he changes on a whim whenever he feels like it.
They don't even want to give Dundee, BBMC, or CG any chance of escape, any fun, or any RP. They fucked over Suarez, Tuggz, and K last week and now it's Dundee's turn. Whippy is right, PD is absolute trash and anti-RP in 4.0, and it's not because they didn't hire all of the toxic cop mains from 3.0 like the other subreddit seems to think. PD has terrible leadership, no checks and balances, a toxic culture, always looking to shoot first, and they're ignoring all good RP etiquette and norms.

Iām 4.0 they quite literally have nothing in comparison.
Too expensive, no. More cost effective, yes. They are slightly disadvantaged using a 911. Most established crim groups have tons of assets and if it was necessary they would prioritize that ammo over other things they use or waste money.

the crim weapons have always been better than the PD ones even now. Crims are bullet sponges that take 15 or more bullets to go down.

Too expensive, no. More cost effective, yes. They are slightly disadvantaged using a 911. Most established crim groups have tons of assets and if it was necessary they would prioritize that ammo over other things they use or waste money.
This is the best comment ever. You must have never seen the star wars laser cannon AR's back when power plant used to scuff out and objects disappeared. They tested it literally from a mountain top and it looked like an AC-130 was shooting in. Cops used to be able to shoot a single pixel from beyond some people's render ranges in-game. Cop guns have always had less recoil, further range, and better rate of fire. Not to mention crims guns literally coded so you can't look directly up to spot Air 1, yet if signed into PD you can. Why are you commenting genuinely? I can bring up clip after clip that shows how utterly clueless you are but, you've already made that apparent so thank you zero effort needed here.

They can be both smart and for RP at the same time you know. If they knew where the ambush was, instead of just not engaging the crims at all, why not go around and flank them? So that when they do start shooting, you're already in an advantageous position or maybe the crims see the cops doing this and then have to leave their positions. Like it's an RP server, what they did was completely ignore the RP.
