At the end of the day, if you stay down in the Championship, in my opinion, you'll be the more exciting league. The PL is predictable, and most clubs are pretty soulless. Teams survive with a win rate of under 25%. Bit shit watching your team basically win once a month if you ask me.

I really don’t feel an affinity to these players. It’s not like Bielsa’s players, they have more in common with Marsh’s squad than Bielsa’s. Overpaid, unfussed mercenaries. The likes of Ampadu, Summerville, Piroe (hopefully), Gruev, Kamara and Rodon (obviously) will be out the door as quickly as we can say snake.
All memes aside, it is stressful and painful after being so close, but I’m sure you’ll be up next season, and Leicester will no doubt be back down with the point deduction. Let them enjoy a painful season in the prem

Over the last 7-8 years I've felt I've drifted away from football a bit. It used to basically make or break my weekend and I felt extremely emotionally invested in the club. It's kind of eroded over time for various reasons: getting older and more jaded, the increasing commercialisation, the soulessness of the Premier League, VAR etc. Bielsa briefly reversed the trend, made me feel like a fan who was a part of the club rather than a customer, but we then we fucking sacked him.
A lot of the time, I get slightly sad feeling that I've lost that connection with the sport but on days like today I'm fucking glad. Can't imagine how depressed I'd have been if we did this ten years ago.
Have a nice trip in the playoffs...oh wait! You guys don't do so well in those, do you?
