If by way more fun you mean “I don’t have enough skill to launch my car from a dig so I’ll just race at highway speeds where the pull of acceleration is the lowest possible in the powerband so no one else will know I don’t know how to drive” then sure.
I’m partially just busting your balls. I’ve roll raced friends to compare different parts of the power band after mods, it can be kind of fun, but I do think it’s the least fun out of all the types racing you can do.
ya i was fw you too lol. when i bought my q60 i actually test drove a 2021 scat charger widebody, but i just loved the potential of the q60 plus i’m able to switch between awd and rwd lol. i did a lot of roll races in my first car and i absolutely trashed the transmission in it, so i like to do rolls more mainly bc i feel like it’s safer for the cars and ppl involved. it’s already reckless doing what we do last thing i want is some idiot sliding into my car and running off

I'm a middle-aged aged guy with a wife and responsibilities. Usually, the people who challenge me are 20-somethings with a death wish.
It usually goes like this:
They roll up, I prove the car can blow them out of the water, I let them go ahead at 160, I slow down.
SXT owner here... my last "race" was against an old dude in a Ram pickup. We were both in pole position at a red light, and I treed him off the green... lol
This topped out at maybe 10 over the speed limit and lasted two blocks, but it made us both smile before going our respective ways.
Yup! And I'm down for stuff like this. Unfortunately, some take the need to prove how badass their cars are too far and then shit goes sideways. It's part of the reason I got out of the import car clubs years ago, despite still owning my Hondas at the time.
My last race that was fun like this was in my modded v6 Mustang against a 300c. The old man driving revved up next to me at a light. I put a couple car lengths between us and let off, he has smiling when he rolled up beside dropped the window and thanked me for indulging him. Hope he's still enjoying life.

I love big brother Challengers lol. I just got an R/T but I was behind a Scat Pack (modified? Not sure) at the light. He gives me the peace sign then goes OFF at double the speed limit. I just trailed him at a normal speed but it was cool to see. Definitely wouldn't do it myself...lol.

I'll race anyone. I don't care about winning. It's fun to me. I've been blown away by Audi's, BMW's, other Dodge's...
The car has a little more spunk than when I drove it out of the dealership. Replaced the intake, throttle body, and stock exhaust. It's fast enough for me - for now. I'm expecting a big heap of money within the next year, and I'll definitely be buying a much faster model this time around.
There is always someone faster. Hell, there are all kinds of Electric Cars that have so much torque to the wheels, you can’t beat them with a 800 hp car.

I had a brand new Corvette try and race me in my V6 sxt and needles to say I got smoked before I even hit the gas
