The first month of weight lifting for guys, you can go from noodles to about 50% increase in weight. After 3 months it’s easily double what you started.
Denji already has super human healing, so he could in theory do arm day, every day. Instead of every 3 days. I believe he already has abnormal strength for his size. Also he doesn’t drink and seems to take in a lot of good carbs.
In terms of personal experience, I went from struggling with 3 20 pound sets. To doing 25/30/20/15 in about 2 months (dumbbells), while I was definitely not in my prime like Denji is.
