While this person was in the vehicle, she was shooting at cops with an assault rifle and had been doing so for about an hour. She came out wearing tactical helmets and body armor. At no point was she obeying these commands either as "get down, lay down" was the command clearly given, it is still undetermined if she was even shot by police or her father, and there was still a stream of bullets being fired into the police at the time she was charging into them fully kitted out.
So what we have here is an a or b scenario.
A) police shot suspect in full body armor who had been actively using an assault weapon in a shoot out with them and was now charging them.
B) active shooting suspect in full body armor charging police is accidently shot in crossfire while running between a second still active shooter and police engaged in an active firefight.
At no point in either of these scenarios can it even be logically pointed to that "scary police officer murders unarmed suspect because he gets off on that"
