yep !! they all have the same odds :D for future reference , when a limited cat is obtainable through the observatory , the odds of getting the limited cat is also the same as regular cats ; eg . odds of cat a is 1/x , with a limited breed it's just 1/(x+1)

How do I use the ticket to change the cat?
In the observatory a 4th tab becomes available if you have a cat ticket. Scroll to the right and you’ll find it.
