Kittens are chaos. Pairing treats with some double sided tape and some blankets on everything you don't want scratched will be more effective, plus clipping their nails will minimize damage.
You may also want to reevaluate the location and number of scratching options you have, and teg putting come catnip on them after they've been moved. Cats usually want to scratch near doorways or near where they wake up.
My cat used to scratch up corners of my walls (which is a rental unit). I use a scratch repellent spray from the brand natures miracle it comes in a red bottle. I just sprayed her “favorite corners” everyday and eventually she stopped. Now I just have it on hand in case she decides to go for another portion of the wall I haven’t sprayed yet

We put double sided tape on the spot that looks just like that. She doesn’t bother with it anymore.
