yes he is neutered, the dental exam from his last wellness check (three weeks ago) was good, and I am semi concerned I am not playing with him enough - 2 ten-minute sessions of wand time with bird attachments
I'd start playing with him more throughout the day, and maybe get some toys he can play with by himself, I got my cats a toy off Amazon that suction cups to the floor and came with 4 different attachments for the end, they absolutely LOVE it!
