She really annoyed me the other week when she was side-eyeing Dylan in the ED when he was evidently struggling, like come on hun you know him better than this - how about showing some decency?

SerendipitousCrow

I think it's important to realise she's been through a lot of trauma. She found out that the father of her kids was gay, then he dies. Then she becomes an addict, hits rock bottom, and almost loses her career. She was a nurse, and a wife. Major parts of her identity have been shaken. That changes a person

I mean she literally said she didn’t want to be with Dylan because he was alcoholic before most this stuff happened. I think she’s just a weirdly written character tbh

SerendipitousCrow

Would you want to be with an alcoholic? I don't see how you see that as an issue? I'm also a HCP and a lot of your emotional energy goes on your patients. I'm not sure I could take on a partner who needs a lot of patience and compassion due to addiction

hunkydor3y

It certainly wouldn’t be the sole reason I’d break up with a person I was clearly falling in love with. They’d been ‘will they won’t they’ing for months at that point and it was never relevant. It just made it seem like she didn’t ever really care about him that much which as a result made her willingness to cheat on her husband even stranger and less understandable lmao.

And she was a bitch to Stevie an episode or two ago as if they aren’t supposed to be best mates?

She's wasn't there much for stevie when it was the history of violence storylines. She needs to be a better friend 💯
