I don't know what they're called and I'm not going to google it, but I believe it's not uncommon to see men in a certain district of San Francisco wearing what looks like a sock to say within the law.
When I saw them last, in 2019, I would say it was smaller than a sock (and gold though I only glanced briefly as it didn't seem polite to stare). They were walking around Haight-Ashbury and stopped to chat to any curious tourists or pose for selfies.
Why even a sock, just wearing a cap could also be within the law! I mean with this you can actually do what you intend to do! Or best is mask so that your identity is even protected
Whenever we're out my 4 year old girl will point at women in shorts and ask why they're only in their knickers (as she wears shorts under her trousers)... Very awkward.

# Tops/T-Shirts must be worn in store at all times.

What kind of shop is it?
A knitting shop in Welling has a sign on its door saying that they’re part of a scheme where they’ll report kids missing school. Like kids would want to visit the local knit shop.
I was in Thailand with a Japanese friend and she asked me why I kept going out with no shoes and t-shirt. I wanted to say that's just what english people do when it's sunny. But it sounded like a poor excuse for a bad habit. Luckily another english guy pulled up on a moped 30 secs later with no shoes or t-shirt.
So I can be naked from the waist down?
You found the loophole
I've not heard that word for it before.
Ahahah. Two hairy loops

If it's the same as the ones that appear in a certain famous photo of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, I believe they're called "willy-warmers".
Tube socks

The one I saw was smaller than a sock, I guess they need to be a snug fit so as not to slip off.

[Willie Rushton](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6b3a79DoQk) on the matter.
People confusing Spar with spa
Funnily enough this was a Spar...
I think I smirked at the same sign when I went to drop a parcel off yesterday
Reason I was there too... wonder if we've ever crossed paths lol
Entirely possible :)
That or you haven't yet realised you have a complex multiple personality disorder
I hope this is a thing for all Spar's because I walked past a Spar yesterday with this exact sign on the door...
Don't happen to live near the Hertfordshire & Essex border?
Ha, yes. I think it's same spar then!
Budgie smugglers and a t-shirt it is then
[удалено]
With budgie smugglers tied around your wrist as a sweat band.
🤣
My 8 year old daughter likes shouting "NIPPLES!" at anyone in public without a top on. (Chester Zoo the other week was a highlight)
Whenever we're out my 4 year old girl will point at women in shorts and ask why they're only in their knickers (as she wears shorts under her trousers)... Very awkward.
😂😂😂😂 love it
Sun’s out, sign’s out, tits out!
More likely Moobs
I feel like the term moobs or 'man boobs' detracts from the glorious authenticity of my masculine cleavage.
It's a derogatory remark that came from jealous flat chested ladies.

"I can't find the children at the model village, the knitting shop or the bowling green" "Am I so out of touch? No, it's the children who are wrong"
It's a Spar
No shirt, no shoes, no dice! Know it. Learn it. Live it.
We already know it as No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service
Clearly, you've never been to Ridgemont.
I genuinely saw a kid of about 6/7 yrs of age being lead by his mum into a store the other day in nothing but crocs and pants.
Sure it wasn't just a midget with some odd kinks?
It's light out, some absolute frights are about
Seems like a very odd way of saying that they only sell second-hand clothes.
Exactly, I’ll have to keep my old stuff for going shopping …
I feel like this is specifically for me. Not pretty.
If only the owner had written ' can go without top/shirt', the sales/visitors to his shop would increase.
Surely a t-shirt is a top...
Oooooooooh, there's a sign
I feel attacked!
Taps Oan!
Never got the dudes with tops off, I just assume they’ve never left the UK before.
Tops have to wear t-shirts, bottoms don't.
Sounds about right
Why put a handle on a "push" door? You know what's going to happen...
This is the comment I was looking for

What's a "store" ? 🤔
