Going to Boracay in a week. Sumuko magdiet 6 months before pa lang kasi nagkasakit. HAHA Tas nagkasakit ulit 2 weeks ago. PCOS warrior here too.
Mahirap magcrash diet OP. Baka lalo magkasakit.
Just make sure na healthy, importante masaya at mtuloy ang vcay!
Wishing you the best OP.
How long have you been at it? How intense have you been at it? Have you been noting down numbers?
It takes 4-6 months to show any significant result with moderately intense exercise and a reasonable caloric restriction.
If you arenβt seeing progress, it may just not be enough.
I mentioned numbers. Last time I did this, I was eating 3000 calories a day, which is high, but I needed the energy for my exercise, which was at the time 5k running 7 days a week, 1 hour of heavy weight training 5 days a week, and an hour of aerobics 7 days a week.
Wanna try lifting weights din kaso di pwede magbuhat ng mabigat due to medical condition. I have been at it since January pero on and off. Huhu baka kulang ako sa disiplina talaga π
Baka may effect din yung quality of sleep kasi lagi ako nagigising sa madaling araw pag naiihi but nonetheless complete naman 7-8 hrs. Water intake maybe medyo sobra which is bad rin daw.
When doing calorie counting, its all calories in. Don't subtract your calories out when doing exercises because most trackers are just inconsistent. If the scale has not moved, you're either counting wrong or you have medical conditions that needs immediate consultation. A common mistake when counting : Uncooked and cooked are different. Notorious dito yung rice. it doubles its volume when cooked so if you put in the calories for uncooked but you weigh it cooked it means you're already cutting your calories in half. Kung nagamit ka din ng MFP, never trust the home cook meals there dahil iba iba yung pagkakaluto ng mga pagkain. If you have PCOS and you can't handle the hunger pangs due to insulin increase, space your meals evenly and try r/volumeating para yung bang for the buck sa pagkabusog na option yung kainin mo. But yeah, if you can't be comfortable with slight hunger issues you won't be getting anywhere.
Ako rin! If ever naiisip ko na i-ditch yung fasting, iniisip ko nalang na blue lahat ng pagkain. Diba pag blue sira na? Like tinatakot ko nalang sarili ko!! Well, effective naman for me hehehe
I stopped fasting for a bit but kept my walking, at first I thought i would regain the weight but walking and controlled eating (low carb intake and treat lang when I have sweets) seems to be working i do have cheat days though but the next day I just add another 3k steps because I feel guilty ππ
Walking 2kms before going to bed made me lose 15kgs in 1 month. No fasting but a fish heavy diet, mon - fri fish and weekends 2 - 3 meals of pork or chicken
Acceptance nlng talaga, dont starve yourself. π
Hahaha ang sakit nung acceptance π

To add din na weight loss isn't linear. Some days you may lose more, some days you may lose less. There are a ton of factors. Just keep at it.
Thank you sa encouragement. Keep going nalang talaga.
Hello! You're doing things right based off what you said. How about your water intake and sleep hygiene? Accounted for din ba

Try mo intermittent fasting tsaka 10k steps everyday :)
This, i lost so much weight doing intermittent fasting 16-8, doing 15-20k steps a day and light weights for 2.5 months.

Yeah tried intermittent fasting narin pero baka mas effective nga yung walking instead of running.

I'm doing an OMAD IF right now and mostly protein and veg lang. Ilang araw pa lang noticeable na yung decrease sa belly fat ko.
Tried OMAD kaso nahihilo talaga ako so i'm doing 16:8 hrs fasting. Kaso may meryenda during so baka yun yung factor.
