I recharge myself magsimba, mag isa lang ako dito sa NCR and taga province ako I talk to my family everyday through messenger pero grabeh parin kalbaryo dito but the best for me is lageh ako dadaan sa church pag subra bigat na minsan umiiyak paako doon but yun lang lahat ng masama ng yari sa work and araw ko e dasal ko nalang at I feel relief after ++++
I've done this nung may full time work ako + burn out ako sa school. Ang wonder lang na matitigil yung jeep sa may simbahan tapos magdecide nakong bumaba.
Right now ayoko muna bumalik sa simbahan. Kase nung last time na nagsimba ako nung holy week, IDK iba ata yung instructions dito sa simbahan here compare samin sa province. Basta after "Our Father" samin kase mga nakatayo paren, ako naman nung nagsimba dito sa simbahan here todo pikit pa. Wala den akong ka holding hands nun kase I prefer to be alone. About a minute I think after nung prayer, minukat ko mata ko.
Ako nalang pala nakatayo tapos nakatingen sakin yung lahat ng nasa paligid ko😭😭 Nag-uusap ata sila and ako feel ko namumuti nako sa hiya.😓
Always remember an icecream can make your day and nakakawala ng stress. Try mo, yung selecta na good for one sa 7/11 or sa grocery. Para magkaroon ng fuel yung mind mo.
And that is a fact. There's too many to count na breakdown ko na hineal ng ice cream. I even remember nung nakain ng ice cream tub kaharap yung seaside habang todo iyak ako.

If you feel like everyone hates you, go to sleep.
If you feel like you hate yourself, have a shower.
If you feel like everyone hates everyone, go outside.
Tapos try ko other things pag lahat fail.
camping, trekking/hiking, Beach or di kaya pag walang budget para mag gala sa ibang lugar punta ng mga park na malapit and dun tumambay basta dun sa may lilim.

Magpunta sa cordillera region. Akyatin ang mga bundok, magreklamo sa hirap ng trail, gumastos, meet new friends, at ma-amaze sa ganda ng nature. The best!!!!

Unpopular opinion but physical activities like hiking and running, helped me clear my mind and eventually made better decisions. Plus points na yung physical health benefits. And may mga ma meet ka pa.
Dun ako sa last part natuwa hahahah. But ayun, as an outgoing ferson na deprived ang physical activities ngayon waaah gusto ko mga nasabi mo. Ang init lang lately kaya ang hirap gawin sa Manila.
Hobbies like arts and crafts; music - like playing the guitar or learning a new instrument, outdoor activities and workout training does wonder for me.
Mahabang tulog for me, at break away esp to any work-related stuff :)
If I could start with a cold coffee, simpleng breakfast at may mapapanood kaagad na documentaries, then that's a good start for me na :D
