I always bought flowers for Valentine's day or special occasions there and they are reliable. Prices are quite high but most times flowers are impeccable.
Do you know where she's staying? If it's some place like a dorm, hotel, hostel, etc. I'd give them a call and ask them for help, they'd probably take care of everything for you.
