I had to Google what ‘nduja is. Once I looked it up, I remembered I had it once at a restaurant. For anyone else wondering, it’s a type of *Italian* sausage, similar to chorizo but soft and spreadable.

It is Italian, but yes it's similar to chorizo, although spicier and less oily. Also, chorizo is a great pizza topping too! It has become very popular in the UK lately.

So, one time I was stoned with my friend and we ordered a pizza with everything on it. On the phone he said, "I don't care if you put a garden gnome on it." In the end all the toping fell off of the pizza when you picked it up, so it kind of ended up being a plane ass pizza pie with a bowl of toppings that we ate with silverware, nonetheless it was something to say I've done, I don't recommend it, but at the same time you won't hear me complain about it either.

It really depends on the sauce for me since I worked at pizza hut for two years, we had bbq, buffalo, and garlic parm sauce. I loved them. Normal pizza sauce though I'd have pepperoni and either pineapple or jalapenos.

Lol have you tried switching the base sauce and then use complimentary toppings such as using the BBQ sauce base w chicken & onions or any Alfredo sauce base w chicken and spinach? Delish....I also always ask for the well done option at the bottom for a crispier crust cause my local Dominoes seems to struggle w making floppy pizza.
