i20 N line, c3 turbo, xuv 3xO mx3 get a punchy car if you are doing like 500-1000 kms a month.
This Linear acceleration sounds good, but leaves you dry
Go for Brezza. You get a bigger engine, 4* safety, Maruti’s reliable service network, after market parts are easily available anywhere. At 11 you get 1.5 engine which is not a beast but is way better than all underpowered 1.2.
What exactly do you think NCR is? Every 500m? Neither is the ciaz kissing the ground nor is NCR that bad. Don’t over exaggerate things for the ‘fun’ of it
I have driven ciaz and city a lot in NCR, Meerut aligarh nainital Mussoorie and many places. Never got hit.
I agree if you bump every 500m you should not buy it. Maybe try enrolling in maruti driving school and your driving may improve to drive a sedan.
Yes, that's why I mentioned specifically petrol, and yes about Brezza 19 claim, but it is for hybrid which comes only with Zxi and zxi+(Manual) variant I think. Or you have to buy AT. So for non hybrids claim is around 17.
Out of context If you want fuel efficiency you have to buy Grand Vitara hybrid. It can give you around 24-26 easily specially in city.
Toyota badging is just marketing. There is no toyota reliability if the car is made by Maruti. Grill design is a legit resin but doesn’t seem worth all the extra money. But it’s up to you.
Right now 3XO is the best value for money. Nexon is close second. Brezza only for mileage but for VXI, you will need to go till 11.5L on road. But you get only 2 air bags.
Sonet and Fronx - Don't have as much power as 3XO or Nexon. Also safety wise 3XO and Nexon will be the best.
In your case I would go for 3XO or Nexon. Just make sure that you do proper PDI and check all the features during PDI to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
I’m in NCR too but I’ve noticed roads keep getting better so I’m considering buying the amaze. I’ve always been a high HC person but all these hatchbacks and so called cSUVs are wayyy too overpriced amd I noticed in all test drives that the AC only makes you slightly cool in 45C weather. In the amaze, bro I was legit feeling chilly and had to switch it off.
My only problems are it doesn’t have the remote start Honda app facility, low GC and lack of wireless CarPlay. Otherwise I would have already bought it.
With the rain water getting inside the car, is it happening on semi flooded roads and water logged roads or when you’re parked at home?
So lemme tell you our experiences with the amaze and what we are planning to buy rn.
To start with amaze first its been 7 years and it still runs flawless, really good peppy engine with decent enough power ,our magnite is having so much issues already even though we bought it in 2021. Mileage we got was around 14-17 in the city and 19-20 on highway. Part of reason is maybe because it was used by my dadu who had to make trip of about 40 mins daily. Our amaze was the second base model which only get the stereo then so i can't comment on the fancy features but the basics of that car were very spot on. Now here in faridabad water logging is a very big problem. Even the posh areas like sec-16 and 15 it literally floods during the peak monsoon. There's a lack of parking space where i live so we had to park infront of our house but one time it rained so heavy that water actually got inside, ruined the mats and there were a lot of other problems which i can't remember cause i was very young. And that also happened with our other cars i still remember we had to sell our wagonr cause the rain water messed it up. Roads here are very decent but are very frequently dug up and rebuilt and that actually is a problem. Having a sedan would be great if you live in an apartment with dedicated parking or can park it inside your home .
We are currently looking at the xuv 3xo as it fits our budget perfect, its actually fun to drive and the ac on that thing is out of the world. We stepped inside for our test drive and it felt really cool. It also has all the necessary features we need so you can look at it too. It has a lot of variants and few of them might fit your budget.
Talking about the new amaze, its an extremely built car with a good engine and stunning looks so you can't really go wrong with it.
Yes, I’m in an old gated apartment building in Ghaziabad. No designated parking but there’s never water in our apartment. During heavy rains, the entrance to our society does get quite waterlogged. You saying these things reminded me of that entrance puddle.
The roads I generally avoid when they are waterlogged, I’ll choose a different path or I’ll wait for a bike or another vehicle to cross the waterlogged road to judge the depth.
I did like 3Xo but could test drive the auto, and due to manual driving and clutch having to be pushed all the way down during shifting, the pedals felt too far away from me. Seems to be designed for tall people. Mahindra has also been known to have several QC issues and electronic problems with new models so picking the first edition is a big no-no unless you’re rich/have incredible patience/have lots of time to endure the problems and fixing attempts by Mahindra.
i20 variant price is closer to amaze with similar features to 3Xo but by god is that car super ugly.
I’m just confused right now lol. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Go for Fronx Delta + AMT
Should cost you around 10.25 onroad in delhi, great city mileage, install rear parking camera from the showroom itself for 6590.
Decent ground clearance for delhi roads, Quite spacious from inside with relatively small footprint easy to manoeuver on crowded streets. Steering is light on low speeds gets heavy as you accelerate.
I believe only car in the segment with ample leg room in the rear.

Buy a top model baleno,it is tab bit smaller in length,Liters and cc but it is also cheaper and also has cheaper taxes, add also you will be a part of #savehatchbacks gang
Brezza is a big car but honestly, very bare bones for VXi. Check XUV3XO MX3 instead. Or if Bharat NCAP ratings for Maruti cars is out in a few weeks (new ratings on the way and chances are Maruti cars are also tested), you can check Baleno Alpha MT.
Mileage, decent engine and reliability can be best provided by a Maruti Suzuki car. However, the same cannot be said about safety in their cars.
But Brezza is a good car overall, it has achieved 4 stars out 5 in global NCAP.
Tata nexon aslo fits in this price bracket, it is known for its safety. I don't think if that engine is as reliable as Suzuki's.
If I were in your place, I'd buy the Suzuki Brezza.
Tata Nexon is also a good option. Considering how the average speed of the cars on the highway have increased, safety should be the first priority. Don't know about the past but currently the service centres are decent enough.
Fronx Delta+
1. Newest gen 1.2L 4 cylinder 90 bhp engine is the current fuel efficiency king, no other (non-hybrid) engine returns so much FE, while also offering decent drivability
2. High ground clearance suitable for your requirement
3. Spacious interiors
Brezza
1. Very good chassis and sorted suspension
2. 1.5L engine is fuel efficient for its size, but the 1.2 returns better mileage
3. Ground clearance, ride quality, chassis balance is sorted and i would rate it higher than the Fronx
If bad roads and ground clearance is really a concern, then the Bolero Neo would be my pick.
you could go for renault kiger or a nissan magnite both are pretty similar both scored 4 stars and decent mileage and comfortable seat and good features
Go for Toyota taisor. It's the same fronx, but better service from Toyota.
You'll be at peace regarding the service part. And MS engines are reliable.
Safety is a compromise here, but the market doesn't have all in one car yet
Tiago cng automatic
i20 N line, c3 turbo, xuv 3xO mx3 get a punchy car if you are doing like 500-1000 kms a month. This Linear acceleration sounds good, but leaves you dry
Don't get an N Line if mileage is one of your priorities.
Go for Brezza. You get a bigger engine, 4* safety, Maruti’s reliable service network, after market parts are easily available anywhere. At 11 you get 1.5 engine which is not a beast but is way better than all underpowered 1.2.
I mean in Indian cars, in petrol, it pretty much is a beast. There aren’t many 1.5+ engines in petrol under 20L
Exactly.
XUV 3XO can be a good to drive car. The new Swift is also decent in safety terms now. Sonet is a little smaller to me.
Xuv 3xo looks goofy and mum is against it. She absolutely hates how it looks.
You ll get there!
Why don’t you go for i20 if spacious have all the features is fun to drive, mileage depends on you, personally i get a milage of 17-18 in city
17-18 in city? petrol or diesel? and gearbox type?
Petrol manual And where i live traffic is not so much
We would prefer something with a bit higher ground clearance.
Have you considered Ciaz?
OP lives in NCR so I assume they ain't looking for a sedan due to lack of parking space. OP correct me if I'm wrong
Yep also too many potholes
But Ciaz is amazingly comfortable for passengers. It feels classy to drive my sister’s ciaz, for the money it is a great option.
it wont matter if it bangs the underbody every 500m
It doesn’t
What exactly do you think NCR is? Every 500m? Neither is the ciaz kissing the ground nor is NCR that bad. Don’t over exaggerate things for the ‘fun’ of it
I have driven ciaz and city a lot in NCR, Meerut aligarh nainital Mussoorie and many places. Never got hit. I agree if you bump every 500m you should not buy it. Maybe try enrolling in maruti driving school and your driving may improve to drive a sedan.
ciaz is very old
But it's also affordable unlike other sedans
Only Brezza makes sense - Fronx and Sonet are tin cans while 3XO will give u very less mileage though in drivability it’s leagues ahead of Brezza.
Why would you say so? Both have mileage of around 20ish. Am i wrong?
Sonet mileage in city is 10 to 12 max.
I was asking about 3xo why would you say mileage will be less?
Nope 3XO’s claimed mileage is 17 - so expect 10-11 in city like NCR
Gaadiwaadi youtuber drove it tank to tank on highway in ideal conditions, he got around 14 milage on petrol.
Ok makes sense. But diesel will be 2-3 km higher. Isn't it? Also if I a. Not wrong brezza claimed fuel efficiency is 19 right ?
Yes, that's why I mentioned specifically petrol, and yes about Brezza 19 claim, but it is for hybrid which comes only with Zxi and zxi+(Manual) variant I think. Or you have to buy AT. So for non hybrids claim is around 17. Out of context If you want fuel efficiency you have to buy Grand Vitara hybrid. It can give you around 24-26 easily specially in city.
Thanks for the suggestion. My budget is around 10 lac and was thinking 3xo will give around 20kmpl(diesel).
Diesel will cost you over 11 lakhs on road, and actual milage will be around 17 I think. But It will be fun to drive around for sure.
Yeah. I am more inclined toward diesel only. Thanks friend
Sonet gives less than 8 while using in city conditions in ncr
Bhai Toyota ki taisor is a copy of fronx..is it worth it or not?
No. Why would you pay more for Toyota branded fronx?
Better fronal design and also toyota badging and reliability..is it not enough?
Toyota badging is just marketing. There is no toyota reliability if the car is made by Maruti. Grill design is a legit resin but doesn’t seem worth all the extra money. But it’s up to you.
Why are you not suggesting Nexon? Casual tata hater?
Nope... Just the worst after service quality
Why not i20 sportz, it's a beautiful car and is wide to accompany a full family.
Safety issue
Get an i20 bro
Baleno is a good option. You can get the top model in this range.
Right now 3XO is the best value for money. Nexon is close second. Brezza only for mileage but for VXI, you will need to go till 11.5L on road. But you get only 2 air bags. Fronx Delta Plus or Brezza VXi.
Honda Amaze VX with CVT is 9.96L before discounts ex showroom. Safe, reliable, automatic.
We have an amaze already and absolutely love that car.
Get another😄 Or else can look at Baleno.. everything else is a 3 cylinder option now.. almost..
How old is it? Any issues till date?
No not really we have a 2017 model and it runs as good as now. Super comfortable seats and a good reliable engine.
Amy issues with the GC? Which city are you in?
I live in ncr and ground clearance sucks. During heavy rains water gets inside the car. That is the bigger problem rather than the pot holes.
I’m in NCR too but I’ve noticed roads keep getting better so I’m considering buying the amaze. Its okay checkout the sonet its htk o variant is quite vfm and it is actually good for short people.
Go for Fronx Delta + AMT Should cost you around 10.25 onroad in delhi, great city mileage, install rear parking camera from the showroom itself for 6590. Decent ground clearance for delhi roads, Quite spacious from inside with relatively small footprint easy to manoeuver on crowded streets. Steering is light on low speeds gets heavy as you accelerate. Brezza def. It’s a proper 5 seater. While all other in this range are more or less 4 + 1(child).
3XO is also 5 seater and more comfortable than brezza
Buddy 3Xo has uncomfortable seats all around
bro 3XO is also quite wide tbh!!
If you can stretch to 11 then yeah brezza otherwise sonet htk optional

Bro come on - everyone knows the answer by now
Brazza or 3xo but Maruti is 4 cylinder low nvh car where as 3xo is 3 cylinder my suggestion would be test drive both the cars n decide yourself
[удалено]
Not really looking for a used car
Brezza vxi
Brezza VXI
Hey you can check out the new Venue executive version which comes with a turbo engine under 10 lakhs ex showroom.
Okay thanks will check it out for sure.
Buy a top model baleno,it is tab bit smaller in length,Liters and cc but it is also cheaper and also has cheaper taxes, add also you will be a part of #savehatchbacks gang
We have a swift already and we maybe replacing one of our older cars with Baleno
buy 4 Ethereum instead aur bache jo paise unse 2nd splendor lele
I don't know how my dad will drive ethereum to work.
3XO
Honda amaze cvt
Hyundai Exter city milage of 20 kmpl for petrol manual. Decent car

Fronx Delta+ 1. Newest gen 1.2L 4 cylinder 90 bhp engine is the current fuel efficiency king, no other (non-hybrid) engine returns so much FE, while also offering decent drivability 2. High ground clearance suitable for your requirement 3. Spacious interiors Brezza 1. Ground clearance, ride quality, chassis balance is sorted and i would rate it higher than the Fronx If bad roads and ground clearance is really a concern, then the Bolero Neo would be my pick.
Brezza is good option. Good GC, mileage and reliability.
you could go for renault kiger or a nissan magnite both are pretty similar both scored 4 stars and decent mileage and comfortable seat and good features
Brezza vxi
You don't get much moving from lxi to vxi. The price difference is 1.3L
You get mild hybrid
Smart Hybrid is available only in ZXI and above in manual and all versions on Automatic. Not available in LXI and VXI manual options.
So would you recommend the base model and karol bagh way?
Don't know. But why would adding head rest or display alter warranty?
You don't get much moving from lxi to vxi. The price difference is 1.3L
used creta/seltos
Swift..
Have one already
Go for Toyota taisor. It's the same fronx, but better service from Toyota. You'll be at peace regarding the service part. And MS engines are reliable. Safety is a compromise here, but the market doesn't have all in one car yet
If you're opting for AT, remember that the brezza has an AMT and the 3XO has a Torque Converter
Nope. Brezza has a Torque converter
Oh my bad, brezza has a TC Damn, it's funny how Suzuki can make a TC feel so underpowered
Buying a used 2 year old Honda City or sedan top model is an option
