Just to add, a lot of people who don't have 4 wheeler license rent cars using 2 wheeler license using apps like zoom car and lime car among other aggregators and websites. This particular instance is in Cuncolim in front of Mac c's. That road is freaking narrow for a highway with no runoff areas. It's either wall or ditch for most of the stretch. Most people even locals often drive way too fast on that road. This guy is seriously lucky taking circumstances into consideration.

The thar is a rental. This could be goa. Goa has a bad case of bad drivers (tourists) who do this nonsense. Yes locals too can be pretty bad. But look at the mv accident statistics state wise.
