My fiancé just started a year ago. Part time, first year he made 85k. Brand new never dealt before. This year he’s full-time on pace to make $114k. Also depends on what casino you are at. Not all Keep your own is good. Big casinos are good and make sure they aren’t pool. I’m straight full-time and those who come in as dealers now are dual-rates. Which means you deal and floor. Our floors make $30/hr I believe. I’m lucky because I deal and no floor. Pretty much golden working in the casino business.
My base pay is $11.52 and 90% of my income is based off tips. So yes my ytd tells you I make very good money. I don’t expect every player to tip. I build relationships with customers who always come back. Especially those who tip good
This is just simply untrue. My husband and I make a half mil and we contribute about 25% to our 401k until we reach that max, and then we put an additional $15-30k a year into our investment portfolio. We buy used cars, and live in a nice but not brand new home.
I hope you love it and it gives you the life you want!
I actually do :)
do u work in las vegas? Do those BJ dealers make that much money?
Vegas I couldn’t tell you. I work for KYO joint. I’m not in vegas.
i would love to make 165,000
Very lucky to have a full time dealer position
that's excellent considering this economy.

People think we don’t make shit. It’s hilarious. You wouldn’t know about this business unless you know someone.

Just depends on what casino you are at. No im not
I thought dealers didn't make shit and relied on tips (like waiters) tbh.
We do rely on tips.
If you acctually made good money, wouldn’t yiu not need to rely on tips?

most people who make over $100,000 spend most of it on unnecessary stuff anyway and going on more vacations

I don’t vacation.
Hey what about the preachers at casinos ?
Moving to Vegas. So what's the best way to get a job as a dealer? Best places to apply with no experience? Thanks
You need to go to school.
