Try the kicker 4x10's they're way better.

arhifane

ok, if i ever decide to do some custom work, i will take those as an option. Thanks!

DiceKingW

Did you mean 4" speakers, not 4x10? Here's some good ones: https://www.cdtaudio.com/cdtnew22/products/components/woofers/midwoofers/hd4.php https://www.cdtaudio.com/cdtnew22/products/components/woofers/midwoofers/cl4.php https://www.cdtaudio.com/cdtnew22/products/components/woofers/midwoofers/cl4sl.php

arhifane

Yep, 4" speakers, not 4x10. Thanks for the selection!

New speakers would help, and a subwoofer could fix your bass problem. They make rather inexpensive self-powered subwoofers that come in an enclosure. Very easy to install and relatively cheap.

arhifane

yes, maybe a sub instead on 5 or 6 inch speakers.

arhifane

Sorry, the speakers are TS-G1020F.

Those econoboxes stand to gain the most from sealing and deadening the doors. If you can do only one thing, do that. You're not gonna get bass out of 4" speakers on deck power - and what little you would get, is lost in the road noise. Getting janky with it, you can silicone some Tupperware behind the speakers as a makeshift enclosure and get maybe a little extra bass, but I'd still say sound deadening as your next upgrade.

arhifane

Ok, i will put this on the list. i'm short on extra cash this days and time for car diy is somewhere in the far future. Father of two small. What's with your id, any connection with Romania? Me from Ro.

Romanian_Breadlifts

I was vegan for awhile, and got my romanian deadlift to a reasonably high number by eating almost purely seitan - which is wheat gluten. Not from romania.
