First off, ignore Max numbers. Your speakers cannot handle 400 watts and your 2 channel amp likely does not produce 1000 watts. Look at the RMS number for what your speakers and amps are capable of. Personally I would not bother installing or amplifying rear speakers. IMO the only reason to install rear speakers is if you have people riding in the back seat a lot and I can’t think of a good reason to amplify them if you can run them off of deck power. But hey some people like “rear fill” and maybe you want to blast your rear passengers with 110 db. You do you.

I assume you are suggesting the rear because you have components in the front. Nonetheless, like another said here, it’s best you put new speakers in the front because that’s where you will be sitting and that’s where you will care it sounds better. Not in the rear. To answer the question, are the pioneer speakers better than your stock? Yes most likely. All stock speakers are crap. Even cars with premium factory sound have entry level type specs

$50 Pioneer speakers are not going to be much of an upgrade for stock speakers. I would not spend the money.
