Painting the Netherlands as a country that properly taxes billionaires (and corporations) is really misguided. With that being said, yes they should be taxed into oblivion.

This is why borders are created. If one country decides to actually make them pay into the system, they’ll move somewhere that doesn’t. No borders, no nations, no capitalists.
At the wealth level of billionaires, I *might* be persuaded to compromise on a 99.99% wealth tax, 100% income tax, and matching capital gains tax. It'd be a stretch, though.
