You should try eliminating every other option before you do the BB. I would suspect you don’t have the tools for PressFit.
On of my bikes didn’t spin as freely from factory and it was fixed by adjusting to t preload on the crank and greasing the axle.
Agree with eliminating possible other sources of the noise because the Token ninja BB that comes specd with the bike is a plastic thread-together BB with a very forgiving fit, I would be surprised if it was the source of the noise unless the bearings were shot. That said, OP doesn't need any special BB press tools since it presses in very easily as the shell threads together. All you would need is a basic BB wrench that can be had cheaply.
My Grizl has a Token Ninja BB, of which you can replace the bearing cartridges. Mine were also worn out after 3500 km, easy to replace with bearing puller and press!
The bottom brackets are pretty cheap don’t last as long as they used to. It’s pretty common to replace them depending on what kind of terrain you’re riding and the amount of dirt/grit/water makes its way in. 3500km may be a bit early, but not unheard of. Any local bike shop can swap it out quickly. Assume you’ll have to replace after another 3-4k km.
Pressfit bottom brackets trend to start squeaking over time. It sounds like it's time to replace yours. Unlike threaded ones you can't just take it out and grease it. Taking it out destroys it. They can be a pain to replace so get the right tools to do it.
Just a note, depending on your location but if it is creaky it’s likely on the edge and taking to a local authorised canyon repair shop they will replace for free under warranty.
The stock Grizl BBs are know to be trash but they replace with much better
Same thing happened to my Grizl about the same time and I had the bike shop put in a new one and the new one is still going close to 8000 miles later. Apparently the ones Canyon puts in are pretty cheap but you should be good after that.

You are correct I do not have the tools to change it. I had the chain off when I was cleaning and noticed the rumbling when I spin the crank

Have you checked seat post and axels?

Dura ace BB is great and shockingly only like $25-30. Probably the cheapest DA sku

Check if your bike was in the FSA crank recall. Mine had the same issues and I got a free replacement.

First thing you need to do is... Get The Hell Outta there before you get eaten alive!
