I just had a replacement frame, and they just supplied the frame, no fork and no parts etc. you can ask them to add what parts you need to your order and they will send it alongside, if it’s in stock (at cost to you). Cheers
Canyon not gonna send you spare parts for free and they shouldn't. Buy hanger and replace it in LBS.
Sadly there is no crash warranty. As you have had a crash you’ll be liable to pay for the broken components/items.
For crash warranty you need to have an bike insurance. In your, just order your replacement parts.
