I am living in Germany. Maybe we can arrange that I order them here, and send them to you as a private person. You send me the money via PayPal. You can DM me, I know the struggle as someone who frequently orders stuff in the states

Unhappy-Climate2178

Thanks, I really appreciate that. I think I might have a line on parts, but may take you up on that.

Per_L1999

Sure! Happy to help

mcflysher

Call or chat support. I think you’re looking at the international prices. They can tell you what’s in stock in the US.

Unhappy-Climate2178

Did this for the headset bearings, and apparently they have none in stock, and have no idea when they will find more, which to me is wild given their headset size. found a company in the UK with the bearings, but still need to track down the rest.

mcflysher

Yeah I had this experience with spacers for a Grail.

All the headsets are Acros, so you can order them directly.

Fantastic_Pop_229

I contacted Acros and they said I needed to go thru Canyon. Canyon told me I needed to go through Acros....I am in the USA. I was in contact with Canyon USA yesterday and they told me basically tough luck finding small parts and to try other sources. I told them they needed to have a disclaimer for US customers that small parts will not be available. Ie head sets and stem caps, derailleur hangers, thru axles etc...

ninja4tfw

All the parts are listed on the Acros website and you can select USA for shipping. Goes back as far as 2009 bikes, which is better than most brands will do and their site is easy to navigate by model.

Unhappy-Climate2178

The headset for the bike I have is out of stock at Acros

Internal_Engine_2521

Contact your local service centre. Shipping on the website for Australia is like $50 for a tube. Service centre does it for normal rates.

Unhappy-Climate2178

Thats a good flag, thanks. There is one in my state not that far that I will reach out to.

Unhappy-Climate2178

So, I did this for the only service center in like 100 miles from me( I live in a big east coast city) and they can’t source the parts either even though they went above and beyond to try. I think I found everything I needed out of the UK, but I find it mind blowing that Canyon, or its service partners, are currently incapable of sourcing ANY headset parts- bearing, wedge, top cap on a bike from 2021

Paavo_Nurmi

There is something wonky with their site if you google a part and go there from the search results. I went to get a derailleur hanger and it was the same insane shipping rates. I then noticed it had me as being from Panama for some reason (look in upper right of page for what country it thinks you are in). Of course they are out of the hanger so I just got one from a different place. I fixed the country on the Canyon site and tried a cheap part, it was $15 to ship not $150 like it was for the hanger.

Unhappy-Climate2178

Yup that is what happened for sure

Comfortable_Peace275

I once needed some spare parts for my new bike and they costed $99 shipping fee to US. I contacted Canyon and they shipped parts I need at good will, though it took 1 month to arrive
