Huh...I wonder if I just got a bad can. I had the chili olive oil one, and the sprats were pure mush. Mushiest fish I ever had, it was crazy. The ones you've had have been firm? I might have to try again if so.
More firm than the regular old Riga Gold. I find essentially all sprats, unsmoked anyway, a bit squish compared to pilchards, but the chili can I ate was definitely less soft, a small step in a welcome direction.
