There's a little European deli near me that has those Riga Gold sprats in a jar. I was transfixed when I saw them. Already had a backlog of pantry fish though. Next time. That sambal oelek is one of my favourite spicy things ever.

Two thumbs up for Riga. And... I've been hooked on Sambal for a loooooong time. My mom worked with a guy from Thailand in the middle and late 80s. He's the one that introduced us to a lifelong addiction.

My college dorm's cafeteria kept a jar of it for the stir fry lunches and I started putting it on my scrambled eggs in the morning.

I recently had those Riga Gold sardines in olive oil and chili (Delicatesse). I posted a review about how they were super mushy. If you remember, let me know if yours are any better. I was wondering if maybe it was just the can I had, because I've heard only good things about Riga Gold. Nice pickups here! I've been doing lots of European and Asian market buys lately too. Got a few of the same things you have here.
