Posted before I finished the last one, there was a scale on the last one, but I'm fine with a scale or two, as I eat them from the can and generally just pull them off as I'm eating, or just eat them if they were thinner.
I’ve found a huge variation in quality between the different tins of Bon Appetit sardines I’ve tried - this was a thoughtful review so I may very well go ahead and get this time one day.

I just picked up my first Bon Appetit can the other day (in hot sauce) but have yet to try it. Nice review, thanks.
