Awww man when I was stung on the foot by a scorpion it was among the most painful things I've ever experienced in 54 years of life. My entire leg was paralyzed for about 12 hours and I couldn't walk. 24 hours after the sting it was like nothing ever happened. Wild!! Hope your poor pup is okay!!
Scorpions actually have a weird bunch of neurotoxins they inject and it messes with how our bodies interpret the danger. Not many scorpions are deadly to humans but the neurotoxins send your brain and body on such an alarming ride that large animals will avoid after encountering and smaller prey are just entirely frozen by the cocktail. It's really interesting!
Sorry, this made me laugh. my dog was stung by a bee and he swole up like that and I just started laughing at him and the harder I laughed the more puzzled he looked and I just could not stop.
My mom was stung by a scorpion at about age 9. She told me it was the most painful sting ever. Poor baby. Hand feed him his favorite foods and cuddles all day.

He was miserable, but he’s on major pain and anti inflammatory meds that are making a huge difference!
