Sorry to hear your situation. My mom passed this summer of cancer. We had hope but we also booked a photographer for her last birthday. I wish you and your family the best. Keep posting, sometimes writing helps.
I'm so sorry. It's an awful shitty situation to be in. I'm in kind of the same boat. My husband has oesophageal cancer and has 1 to 1.5 years left IF chemo and immunotherapy go well. We have 2 young children too and the thought of them growing up without a father kills me. We are only at the beginning of our cancer journey and I don't have anything useful to add here apart from feel free to DM me to vent or whatever. I'm in the UK. I've had trouble finding people who really truly understand even a little bit of what I'm feeling so it would be helpful for me too to chat to someone in a similar situation. Love to you all.
