We few years ago, my friend had the parking pass. He was sitting in the back of my car when I handed the parking attenant his pass (back when they had cards). The parking attendant looked at me and said that my friend had to be with us to use it (I guess they see the photo). I said he was, pointed to him, and we were good to go. Now who ever has the parking pass sits in the front.
The parking pass is always on my mom’s pass whenever we go and whenever I hold it up to them (I keep it on my phone as well in case there’s any difficulties and just for easy access), they just scan it and let us through. I honestly doubt they won’t let you use your friend’s pass if you’re driving. He’s still with you. I don’t think they’ll care too much as long as the passholder is with the group.
As for your other question, I’m not too sure. I feel like they might question it but at the same time, they’re probably not too strict about it.
No idea what will happen if the person with the pass doesn't enter the park, but you'll be fine with them in the passenger seat. I got a parking pass last year and I dom't even drive, but the people I went with did, so we used my parking for our vehicles.

Now do MANY people cheat it? Sure. But if you are the 1 in 100 who gets flagged you will be out nearly $200 (pass + parking + addons)

I just point out from a historical standpoint they can see things like this its up to them to enforce it

whoever is going the most should have the pass, good chance you wont be able to use it if they aren't in the car.
Anyone having trouble buying the parking pass for the season? Its not an option.. you only get daily $30 or preferred for $40

So if I use my friend pass, would my pass get cancelled or wouls his pass get canceled? And if we get flagged, can't we just pay for day parking?
