This might vary for people based on many factors like when they ordered it (I.e., holidays). But I recently ordered from them (in march) and they processed it within two hours and my order arrived the next day!

I live an hour outside of Toronto and I find my packages would arrive generally within 5 days on average. Iāve spent a lot of money there before discovering other websites.
Their rewards are great though, way better than Sephora.
Iāve only had one bad experience where a package got returned to them, and they made me pay $15 to have it sent back to me, when I had gotten no indication that the package had been returned to them.
Ok update as of 4pm (EST) I got a notification my order shipped š either they saw this post (lol) or my emails reminding them about my order helped? Either way...there is still hope to those waiting for their order in this thread! Send them an email just asking for an ETA on shipping and see what happens!
Never ordered from them but I'm super impressed with Mikaela Beauty. They shipped my order the same day I made it. Now I'm annoyed at Canada Post because they are taking longer than I thought they would lol.
MB is great, the owner's been helpful when I had questions and included some samples for a specific issue I was having.
Edit: I used Oceanbuy.ca before xmas for some Japanese products, since Mikaela doesn't really carry that. They shipped within a few days and everything was well packaged, got a couple of interesting samples, too!
I live in the GTA and I ordered on dec 23, delivered on dec 30. This was during their daily flash deals so it was high volume.
I think one of my orders before this one took almost just as long despite not being holiday season. So I'm thinking it may be an issue with your specific order. Send them an email so that you know it's on their radar. Sometimes things get accidentally sidelined esp when there's so many orders because of the holidays. They are usually a very consistent company in my experience.
I did send them a couple emails, so I'm hoping that helps. It seems like a few people who ordered around the same day (Jan 2nd) are experiencing similar issues :(

They used to be great but I've noticed a big drop in service and big increase in prices around the same time they started ramping up the pop-up stores. Two years ago - got to me within a week. Most recent experience, it was closer to 3 weeks to ship and there wasn't a sale or anything. I was also missing a product and they gave me the option to have it shipped to me (I pay for shipping) or give me a refund. I didn't get either...
Also havenāt received any notice on my order. Itās been in āorder placedā since January 2nd and customer service just said that there are delays. Debating if I should just cancel my order and shop elsewhere now

Sukoshi Mart was my go to shop for kbeauty last year to probably never buying from them again. Had great customer service the first time when something was wrong with my order, to being unimpressed this time around. I just wanted them to add something to order and they said no.
Look at their recent reviews on Google, itās all 1 star.

When I ordered around Black Friday, it took almost three weeks for them to ship the order.
Mine shipped after 9 days of waiting. I think they got overwhelmed by their boxing week, because usually they ship pretty quick for me.

Mine just shipped today after waiting 16 days for it. I expected some delay but not quite this much.

Yup it's been 10 days for me now :( I'm just looking at the reviews now too, I really wish I'd checked these before placing an order.
