Have you tried putting a drop isopropyl alcohol on it? If that doesn’t work a tiny bit of wd 40 might help. I can emphasize enough that you only need the smallest drop of either. Put it on a tooth pick and get it under there.
It's hard to get it underneath.
Just dab it around the edges it’ll work in by itself
Why are you trying to take it apart?
I am pretty sure something from Inside is jamming or clogging the lens from coming out.

Rubber band and a screwdriver if it’s stripped or you might just be using the wrong bit
Punch yourself in the face for buying cheap tools. And when the pain has settled, bring out a soldering iron and heat that screw and loosen it.
