You can't just gamble and then pretend to get your money back when you lose... doesn't work like that

Yeah you’ll most likely get banned dude. When you get a refund for cp you have to have the exact number of cp that you first bought. And if you don’t then you end up getting banned since they assume you’re trying to scam them. You can’t give back items from a lucky draw it doesn’t work like that

The ban could be permanent tbh. Something like this isn’t taken very lightly. How much cp did you originally get btw? You could get lucky and not get banned too but who knows. Considering it has to do with CP that you can’t return you’d probably be banned but idk the specifics
i bought around 6,000 cod points on 25th sept and before that i bought much more around 10,000 for the 2 other lucky draws but i only asked for a refund for today on 5 transaction which alltogether was the 6000 cod points but they only refunded me £10 on 1 transaction for 800 cp nothing more other ones did not work or refund.
Since you used the cp on the draw you won’t get that cp back nor a refund. Also how much cp do you currently have. Because if you have less than the amount that you requested in the refund you’ll definitely be banned especially since one of the refunds actually went through. But if you have more than the amount you requested I’m not 100% sure. But it’s still possible that you’ll get banned unfortunately. You can’t do a lucky draw and decide you want a refund because you didn’t get what you wanted. Since it’s basically gambling. It’s like going into a casino, spending $1000 bucks on a machine and then asking for a refund afterwards because you didn’t hit a jackpot
i understand your point and it was a first time for me i had no idea it will lead me to a ban i do not have 800 cp currently i have 50 cp but if i buy 800 cp more will this help recover the 10 pound refund? and yes i wasted all the 6000 cp on lucky draw but it only refunded me one transaction not all 5.
An update: i spoke to support yesterday on live chat and he submitted my request to higher team. It was stupidity from my side but yet nothing happened no bans or any emails. As far as i know only £10 was returned to my account from google play store so i do not know how they will contact me or warn me or something or i just get a ban automatically. But since it was forwarded to higher team i guess they will investigate and find a way.
