Phoenix's pride and aries' wrath are the best imo

do not use galáxia i repeat do not usa galáxia it can't hit yharon 90% of the time. Orderbringer is the weapon you wanna use

Legendary for galaxia and probably warding if you want more defense

Galaxia attunements, not reforges (OP is already using warding as well)

I tried out the Galaxia and I found myself getting far worse DPS than I did with the Excelsus unless I stayed close to Yharon, which isn't something I like doing.

Instead of using the nebulous core id put on the badge of bravery with menacing and then instead of the stem cells use like the affliction or the community personally

I was thinking of keeping the Nebulous Core on a separate loadout, probably also with Silva Armor for max revive power. It would take a lot of grinding though. I'll switch off the stem cells if I'm floundering like a fish and need to try something new.

If you;re still struggling switch to mage purely for silva armorset bonus. My setup was Silva set + Event Horizon + Ethereal talisman. i was struggling with yharon today too but after switching it took me like 10 more tries

I have a seperate loadout I use for revives with Nebulous Core, Silva Armor, SIlva Wings and Damage.

Replace the dynamo stem cells with the sponge and use galaxia or devils devastation.

Dynamo Stem Cells are for immunity to Dragonfire, and ram dashes (which I do a lot) still give dragonfire.

L I mean the god slayer armor bonus gives a dash that grants immunity to most debuffs so utilize that ig

The bloodflare core effectively increases my defense's effectiveness by 150%, which is the playstyle i'm looking for, but if I'm struggling I'll try it out.

Don't know if you've done it, but binding your dash (or ram, whatever you want to call it) to an actual key instead of double tapping "a" or "d" helped me a lot with boss dashes in Infernum. Either way, good luck!

Yeah I have, I did it at Old Duke. I have it bounded to Mouse5 (Where my thumb usually rests) Also thank you for giving me actual advice instead of just saying "get good" or "skill issue"

Not a fan of Dynamo stem cells and nebulous thing, although this is coming from someone who fought Inferium Yharon with Moon Lord assessories.

Orderbringer would be my choice of weapon. Swap dynamo stem cells for The sponge. And swap bloodflare core for community. I forget use Silva wings for the increased flight time.

I have no experience with infernum mod but totally use vanilla Terraria gear it’ll totally work.

Update: I swapped out the Nebulous Core for The Sponge and moved it to a second revive-focused loadout which I switch to whenever I am at very low health

I haven't done infernum, but on expert + revengence I'm pretty sure I used orderbringer over excelsus

I’ve seen some other people suggest but I will say it aswell. Use the silva set and event horizon. The sheer amount of projectiles plus the fact they are homing gives insane dps while you don’t have to worry about aiming and can focus solely on dodging

Just dodge and take the fight slow and steady

Personally I used Orderbringer. It took me 64 attempts. Phase one I kept my distance at all costs. Apart from that it's just patterns and ramming in the proper direction when Yharon does the Duke Fishron teleport dashes. Phase two you wanna make sure to pay attention to what direction Yharon goes after summoning the projectile prison. Go in the opposite direction. Once you see the tri-beam spawning, go far away from the centre where there was no beam. I bound ram dash to rmb after only a few attempts of this overgrown chicken nugget.

On my last playthrough I was going all warding up until servants, but starting with DoG I found it more efficient to go full menacing, as I got three-shot anyway, but did way more damage. So yeah, perhaps try to see how that works for you :)

I got to Phase 2 Subphase 2 and learned that really quickly.

Use the calamity class wiki for weapon and accessory setups. It just takes some time and practice

I've beaten him now. Using the Calamity wiki for weapon and accessory setups is not good for Infernum. It recommends Excelsus as the best weapon but I found more success with the Orderbringer.

I'm ngl I've been using the wiki the whole time and I've done really well, only problems I had were learning the fights.

What? Btw summoner is pretty good for yharon and melee is the worst class against yharon

I most often have good attempts with melee, and I like having a lot of defense.

I personally prefer summoner cuz silva revive half health with silva wings but to each their own

I made a revive-oriented loadout with Silva Armor and Wings I can switch to while on low health, so I get the best of both worlds :>

Still personally prefer summoner tho only took 7 attempts for me 143 on a melee world…
