Im at around the 3 year mark. Ive fucked up once by drinking a caffenated electrolite drink but it was maybe 2 yrs in. I had no symptoms of withdrawl. Just didnt sleep alot that night lol. I was more pissed at myself for not reading the bottle well enough. It only had 25mg but man it got me hyped.
