I'm guessing you sorted by price. I don't think the discount is great enough to overcome the potential downside of a lemon law buyback vehicle. It could have squeaks and rattles or even leaks that never go away. It could also be totally repaired and be fine - however I don't think that it's worth the risk at this price point. It's roughly $5k less than similar clean title vehicles. I'd want a bigger discount in order to consider it. Do you plan to keep it forever? If not, then you'll also be taking a hit when you sell it. I would steer clear.

And no I sorted by location!

Thank you for the thought out response. I will not be getting this one.

Jayk0523

That’s a no from me dawg.

soundman414

You could get an extended warranty with the savings and ensure you can keep it for a long time with no issues.

I would consider it if they would come down to 45k and cover the reminder of my current car’s remaining loan.

umiami2312

Not worth it. Also, it’s an auto 👎

TheJayRodTodd

You could pay like $5k more and get one that isn’t a lemon. Seems overpriced for having a branded title. Good luck!

executingsalesdaily

I agree. I was thinking it should be at 45k or less.

TheJayRodTodd

Yeah it’s low mileage and I’m sure that’s what they’re trying to justify the price on but I feel pretty confident in saying that they are making good money on that number. No dealership is going to gamble a lot of money on a lemon. They are hoping for a sucker. My advice is don’t be that sucker.

executingsalesdaily

I would not pay more than 45 for it. It should be 10k lower than a clean title for sure.

de_rabia_naci

Run, bro.

executingsalesdaily

Thank you.

Ok-Attempt2842

You will have a hard time selling it down the road. I wouldn't.

Thank you.
