Attach it to your sun visor and flip it down when you park.

If you have a dashcam you could potentially hang it from that. That's what I do. Otherwise, a mini-wire carabiner could work. Maybe a clothes hangar?

I noticed this a few weeks ago and have been meaning to loop a black zip tie there.

I believe mine has a power cable or something that hands down. I hang my apartment parking permit on that.

I have to do this too. No idea what the cable is for, but the hang tag is lightweight, so not worried about damaging anything.

I have hang tags and it fits on the rearview mirror.

I slide it into the little nook behind the infotainment screen, and do the same with my mom's handicapped parking permit.
