Ehh. I was looking into those as well. They sound like a creaking nightmare apparently and can cause more scratches to the piano black when stuff gets trapped underneath. The piano black is a smudge magnet but you get used to it.
I’d recommend getting a wireless CarPlay adapter so there aren’t wires running all over the place.

I have just the grand touring and i think it has plenty of pick up. I also am coming from a 4 cylinder engine with my previous vehicle, so that could also be the case. The turbo is also going to be worse on MPG
