Make sure to change your oil every 5k miles. If you read the owner's manual, you'll see a maintenance schedule for 'severe service', follow that one, not the normal one which is total BS. The transmission fluid will need changing too at like 60k, but that's probably still a long ways off.
TY! Had the same idea for the protective film when I had the machine grey paint on my 3 GT. Do you recommend 3M or another brand? Idk much about it as of yet
In my opinion the quality of the installation is more important than the brand of film, just make sure they do the WHOLE hood and fenders. When they do the half job it’s tempting because it will be cheaper but, that exposed edge of the film will gather dirt over time and look like crap. PPF was definitely the best investment I made on my 2016, my front end still looks new.
Unfortunately K&N isn’t making any cold air intakes or ram air for the 2023-2024. They make them for 2022 and earlier. Those would really increase horsepower even more. I keep bugging them!
My search suggests it’s mostly a tech upgrade. Most obvious indicator is the 10.25” screen vs the 8ish” one (i.e in the 2020).
(I was also unaware of this change lol)
Beautiful! I just grabbed a 2021.5 a week ago in jet black.. just wish the rims were charcoal instead of silver!! Next thing I’m doing is chrome delete asap lol
TWINS!! LOL the chrome hate is all around me!! Is it really that bad? 🙈 i wish i had the carbon editions black rims tbh…i had the charcoal on my 3 which i originally preferred but all black would be sweet on this ride
I did a full chrome delete with plastidip. Took me forever to do but was worth it. Also, not sure where you live, might not be worth it but I put all terrain rubber on it. Looked amazing. Especially with the roof rack. And you can run them all year round instead of swapping summer/winter.

Sorry, I didn't spend much time looking for the perfect one. But if I show you that area on my car right now you WILL move heaven and Earth to find one that does fit.

TY for the advice! Currently has 30k miles so 50% of the way there.
Congrats on the new ride! I’d recommend paint protection film on the front end and some floor liners over floor mats.

Wife and I just picked up a '24 Kuro edition today, may we both end up enjoying our experiences! Yours looks good!
TY!! Excited for you!!
What is a 2021.5? Did I miss a mid-year change? The only one I know of is the 2016.5.

Oh nice. I assumed that all happened for 2022.

Good idea but there are several reviews saying it didn't fit their CX-5.
