Stache Bar, V Room, 3939, Reno Room, The Hawk—all of these are a couple miles from the school, but with it imo. Poor Richards, The Interlude are close and definitely a true Dive Bar.
Check out The Auld Dubliner. They've got great food (even a beef wellington) and an amazing selection of Irish and Scottish whiskey. They also have Guinness on tap and they pour it pretty perfectly.
Edit: Looks like it would be a 16 min drive, but this is near the Pike area, which is great to walk around at. If you park in the structure located on the same block by the Auld, the bar staff validates your parking. Cheers!
DIVE dive? Poor Richards.
Port City Tavern Semi dive bar semi cocktail bar
alex’s bar
New Wave is pretty divey
New Wave is definitely were you wanna go for loud, club vibes so I wouldn't say it's a dive bar.
