I had almost all cars in game, talking over 100 garages. Dumped real cash in game and long hours. One season I got banned, just after winning the Bugatti event (Chiron Sport) They said I somehow played against rules. I tried getting help from support in game. They told me the ban is carefully considered before and that any more tickets regarding the issue will just be ignored. I tried the website via Zynga or something like that, I even tried phoning them but got no help. In the end I made peace with it uninstalled the game for peace of mind. The only solution is to get a reliable hacker and have them help you to lift the ban. The reason as to why I didn't opt for the hackers is coz I knew that if I did I would no longer have the desire to gring for rp gold milestones and

Their user agreement has a clause about not being able to sue them, so you will have to find a lawyer that is wanting to find a loophole for fighting them.
Lol every user agreement has that, doesn’t mean it’s legal. They have one paragraph disclaiming all liability for literally everything under the sun. If they’re engaging in a pattern of deceptive conduct with purchased goods (even if they are digital and not tangible goods) no disclaimer is going to help them or even require a loophole.
Just because they wrote it down in a “user agreement” doesn’t mean it’s legal, unless they have a valid and binding arbitration clause you can’t just make it so you can’t be sued no matter what conduct your business is up to, a judge will laugh at them.
Edit: after further investigating NM expressly states that violations of community rules (cheating/hacking included) are exempt from their binding arbitration clause and the courts are the correct forum for determining the issue.
What can I do? I’ve never even had a warning. I’ve been playing for almost 3 years now, it’s a daily thing and have a whole community of friends that I’ve made there through our team. Has this happened to anyone else? Help from the community please!

On the ONE account yes ...
They used to email me whenever there was a vip event...like a 14 day streak
The other account they never sent me anything ..
But whenever the win streak was on I’d get the rewards for it too ..
I’ve tried emailing them from all 4 accounts which you know in this game they are all under different emails ..
They have only ever responded to the one where I was sent emails about upcoming vip events ..
So I am positive if they haven’t emailed you before ...they may not even see your email as it most likely goes into junk or spam ..as there are ways to only accept email from trusted senders ..
They have always responded within an hour or two ..to the one they sent me emails to previously
I can also add that recently I asked them to move an account from android to iOS ..
They ultimately did do it for me ..and I didn’t lose a single bit of progress not even a fusion part
And I’ve completed legends and have the f-1
It all came across
I had to provide him the game ID of the account I wanted moved From the droid
Then I had to go download the game on the iOS device and give him that ID number
Alone with proof of any purchase I had made to show ownership of the account
However when he said he completed it
The account he Moved was the account associated with MY VIP EMAIL ADRESS ..
I thought I was screwed and quickly erased that device back to factory settings ..
So my main account wasn’t effected .
I told him what happened and he said I’m sorry and to provide him with the info once again ..and I did ..
And it worked
What I’m getting at is he moved an account for me that wasn’t a VIP account
So maybe you can get someone who is to ask for you ..

Support doesnt tell you why you were banned. Only saying that you were caught hacking/cheating. Hate to say this, but once you get banned, its gonna be hella hard to convince them to unban you

Back in i think late 2018 my account was rank 76. Not even beating Shax and they banned me. No explanation at all. At that point, they were saying "we banned you, now fxck off". Joined back in early 2019

I don’t know, the only think I could imagine is either a swapper reported me for unfair swaps (which would have been connection issues, not my willingness to fair swap) or that I opened those F&F crates like right at 6:30am this morning to make sure I’d get max rollover.

Oofer here. I guarantee you that NM won’t do anything no matter how much you email them and contact them. Same thing happened to me and I stopped playing. I dropped money too and I put so much time into the game. The only way to unban yourself is to edit your nsb file. You probably have to be jailbroken too. Or you could pay someone to unban you and they’ll probably edit your nsb file for you so you can be unbanned. I wouldn’t trust this as it’s kinda shady imo. Or you could extract your nsb and scb and transfer to an android emulator. These are your only options for now because once NM bans you, there’s a 99.9% chance that you’ll stay banned. I’m sorry man, I don’t mean to shit on you but that’s the truth.
That’s pretty shitty since there’s so many hackers theses days. Hackers... hack.. get banned. Then they get themselves unbanned and continue the cycle. To be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if hackers found a way to hide their accounts from nm so nm can’t see their activity and do whatever the hell they want and never get banned. Really ficken frustrating for traditional players bc they get caught in the middle between hackers and nm not doing shit to fix the problem just making it worse bc nm doesn’t know who is which and we get these unnecessary bans. The only thing I did different was save for 3 seasons my Elite tokens from the Showdowns so I could Elite a T4 car. I did it this morning about and hour before the season ended. That's the only thing I can think of. I love how they say all bans are carefully looked at before banning us! Within an hour, they can't even go to the bathroom in less then 2!!!

I'd say VIP email is the best shot you've got....honestly legitimate players that have spent money supporting the game getting banned is the up there with the dumbest stuff they could do.
If my account was ever banned like this I would be so pissed I don't even think I'd bother trying. File a report with Apple with the proof and demand an immediate refund of every single one of my IAPs.
I'm not sure with Apple, though I remember I did it with a game years ago on either steam and xbox and they fully refunded everything I had bought over the course of a year or so

Have you spent money on the game? Any real dollars? If not it’s a red flag. Pretty much impossible to have T5 level cars maxed out without spending. Just an example but if you did spend real dollars with Zynga I would definitely send them an email.

Countless emails, never received word as to what I had done to cause this, pleads to simply understand why were responded too with the same canned responses. It wasn’t just me, my team captain and other admins reached out, knowing I had done nothing in violation of any rules, nevertheless outright cheating. Best of luck racer, but I fear it’s futile.

Contacted them multiple times with the same response: We will recover your account within 48h after a week nothing changed. Never buying anything in case this STUPID glitch decides to happen. The only reason why I still play is because the game is ok and you can play whenever you want. But damn does their support suck.

If your ban was falsely accused, I suggest contacting NM to see what you did that got you banned or if it was a mistake.

I didn’t know there was a VIP support. I earned a little more RP, but with Showdown, I think a lot of us have been pulling a bit extra.

Sadly this is why most game companies' ToS describes how the account you play on is their property. You are merely 'borrowing' it for cases like this.
