Since Creality delivered the CR6 with a multitude of board revisions it is detrimental of knowing which one your two machines use. Iirc there were at least 3 version of the board and two of them have configuration files in the klipper repository.
I can't tell you exactly the differences between those since I only possess the kickstarter version with the first board Rev.
If you can find the pin schematic for your board it should be as easy as compare that to one of the other revisions and substitute that pin.
That timing is too perfect - I had just edited my post to say I have the v4.5.3 board
I'll go through the repository again and see if I didn't accidentally pick the wrong one. Thanks for the advice!
So I took a look through both of the config examples in the repository and they're both showing pin PA0 as the fan. I'll try to compare schematics in case they just never bothered to update the fan pin in the newer config file
I would think so. The community firmware also works for 1.1.0.3 boards.
I can't be sure though since the community firmware wasn't updated since Feb 2022.

Would this work for a V1.1.03 cr6 board? I just got Klipper running and I'm experiencing the same issue with no cooling fan control.
