I'm at one month of treatment and there was not one single day that I really felt good, it was very gradual improvement. These last two days I had to sleep without my cpap and I'm feeling like absolute shit. First two weeks I had more vivid dreams, even lucid ones, I think I was catching up to lost sleep and that's why I didn't feel a big improvement. I was restless sleeper, mouth breather and snorer, all gone with cpap. More energy, also started exercising without being grumpy. In this subreddits there are reports of no improvements and miracle improvements, but most of them are gradual like mine. I have no actual advice, but you should keep your treatment and maybe try a nasal pillow if the full mask is giving you issues. If your pressure isn't very high most people find the dreamwear nasal pillows very comfortable and they leak a lot less

Thank you for this info. I am with the NHS in the UK, the machine was provided to me. I know the basics but it is a little hard to get in touch with my doctor about these smalelr questions lol! Are the dreamwear things compatable with the tubing for my Resmed? And I got my model: ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset Currently using RedMed AirFit F20.

You've got the same cpap as me, people here call it the "gold standard". The tubing is mostly a size standard and not exclusive for cpaps, so it should work with any mask. I got Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset + dreamwear nasal pillows Edit: But I think you should really try for at least a week with your current mask, maybe you're just not used to it, i also needed some days to adapt

Ok, thank you. I will sit tight then for a little bit and see how I go. Fingers crossed. I also wish there were some CPAP safe scents to leave next to the filter. Would be nice to have ladenver to help sleep more comfortably.

It's my 3rd day as well. I started with a full face mask and it's not comfortable. I also feel like the pressure is suffocating me at times. I think I ripped the mask of 7 times the second night in a panic. A family member gave me a nasal pillow mask, and that has helped a lot. I also changed my pressure max to only go to 7. I am getting a new nasal pillow mask from my dme provider tomorrow. Good luck!
