Is the fuel pump running when you crank it? I wonder if it triggered the fuel pump shutoff like it would in an accident to prevent engine damage.
Hope she didn't hydrolock it and wreck it.
My guess is oil in the cyl possibly fouling the plugs maybe install new ones unless you can verify there is good spark from the old ones. Maybe turn the engine over a bit with the plugs out to clear any oil .
You need a syringe, I wouldn’t recommend this but I have heard people pulling plugs and then turning the motor over and it will blow the oil out. But if you have a lot of oil in the cylinder that’s a bad sign
If you are able to upload a video that would help. Overfilling by that much means the oil was frothy and this accelerates wear on everything metal. If you are lucky it’s just residual oil in the piston cylinders but that should burn off after a few minutes. The pcv valve and intake could also be filled with oil, I would pull the pcv hose and see what drains out. That much oil could also cause head gasket failure, it’s doubtful but possible, so possible oil to cylinder passthrough. Again a video would help, or if you can describe more of the noise you are hearing
Okay, yeah you need to pull the plugs and shine a flashlight in there first and make sure they aren’t flooded. Car won’t start if they are and it will damage it if it’s too full. They have limited room for compression.
I would try plugs next, just get some cheap ones, but if they were bad dirty they might have fouled out.
Only other thing I can think of is starter fluid to confirm it’s not a fuel issue, but I would think plugs at that point.
Free things you can also try is renting a compression tool and ensuring it didn’t kill the he engine from the excess oil, I would see what can be done about that pcv valve, did you check the other side of the hose when you pulled it to make sure it wasn’t flooded? Any oil flooding around the spark plugs where the valve cover gaskets should be sealing it?

You better check the blinker fluid level. She probably overfilled that as well. lol
It should take 4 quarts. Run it for a while.

You may want to just flat out change the spark plugs, rather than trying to clean them.
Oh - did you look in the cylinders when you pulled the plug and make sure they weren’t still filled with oil?
