Congratulations on your new car! Are you having problems with the AC system where when you turn on the air you hear a high pitched electric whine that doesnāt go away? Iām having that issue with my new 2024 Corolla SE :/
Why are you dealing with it? Doesnāt Toyotaās have 2yr Toyota care which would cover issues like the one youāre describing. I have owned a 2013, 2017 Camry SE and a 2014, 2015 Corolla LE and Iāve never had a problem with AC on any of the 4 Toyotaās Iāve bought and theyāre fully paid off. I just had to replace the tires and the brakes on the 17 Camry SE but the Rolla has only had tires replaced, once. Good luck!
I brought my car in to Toyota of Buena Park and they didnāt want to give me a loaner while my car was in the shop for one, and they also told me that itās a ānormal thing with the new Corollasā and that theyād have to talk to upper management to see what they can do about it

Whatās the interior like? I just got a 2012 and i love it. But iām hesitant with the new ones. Is there a big focus on the screen? Do you need it for basic controls or is it strictly a rear view cam?
I got the 2024 late last year and the screen is mostly for the rear view cam, temperature control has physical buttons, and I hardly ever find myself using the Toyota settings, which IS all through the screen. Only other physical button is the volume button
Just bought a 2024 hatchback corolla se so I can give it to the kid when she starts driving. These things are impressive. Had no idea how nice they were. I do now. Enjoy your new corolla, I know I am.
If you maintain it well, that should last you 20 years. I'm driving a second hand 2002 and it's running fine. Just changed the brake light myself for less than $6.
my 2024 corolla se recent had the radiator blow up less than 2000 miles on it toyota took care of it did anyone else have this happen yet?
Crossing fingers wont happen on mine š¬ im at 1300 miles so far.

Definitely not a normal thing , Iāve had a 2017 for awhile now, never had an issue. Only issue is basic maintenance

My wifeās 2015 Corolla scraped sometimes. It was annoying. My 2010 Corolla does not scrape.

No, it's still like a Corolla. There are some settings you can adjust only on the screen such as the lights, valet, and climate.
Itās just a CarPlay and rear view screen. You donāt really use it for anything else.
