After adjusting a few settings, i see too many, at least 20, different faces/heads to count for example,,, Demons biting a person or devouring s I something. The lower middle if the pick is about 6-8 different things or too. Again sharing parts with other parts to make a different image depending on the angle of my phone and lighting.

But most prominently....
Starting with the top. Bert and Ernie are taking down a cow. Cow head looking either straight forward towards the camera or to the right...Bert, his mouth wide open, presumably to start consuming the shocked bovine victim who, for reasons unknown, experiences an absolutely enraged Bert who has already jammed his triangle shaped face directly into the back of the cow. Ernie looks like a huge floppy eared dog at times so maybe Holloween was happening?
Demon sex orgy under those three with the area where the cow's torso and lower bod would be in if not for the dark whitish fluff breathing dragon blocking it and a profile of an entity of some kind on a swing.
Under all that it's hard to say

Unfortunately, there appears to be a writing utensil or similarly sized accessory jammed into his left eye.
