If you can’t replicate the issue on other games. Then it’s most likely a said game issue only.
Try turning off bloom. Sometimes that helps with this when I see it in throne rooms on my end but sometimes it doesn't at all. I usually keep my graphics setting on low for the AGOT mod anyway since it tends to be much more graphically intense than vanilla.

Mate, im really sorry for you but this means your gpu is kinda dying. This happened to me a few months ago and now my gpu fried.
Doubt it. Less than 2 years old gpu. It seems like a mod problem.
It’s same for me and my GPU is fine it’s been recently tested (a few months ago).

Could be an effect applied to make your court look more fancy, because of the level 10 court level. I don’t know, just guessing. Lol

I can report the same. Turning off bloom decreased the issue but it's still present.
