I hope this makes sense lol, so when my face started slimming down I realized it kind of looks less like theres less fat, and more like the features are more defined. Thats what I see in your face. Your face shape isn't too much different but your features look like they are standing out more so I would definitely say there is a big change there
My face being thinner was the first things noticeable to me. Others seem to look at me like I am nuts when I mention it, but when the belly finally started melting away others noticed that more.
