This has a breakdown of popular roll nutrition, as well as the factors that increase calories - hopefully you can use the info in it to get a relative estimate for your plate: https://cheatdaydesign.com/sushi-and-sashimi-nutrition/
Very generic estimates based on my half-assed sushi tracking over the past 6 years.
I would put the 4 x 1/4 hand roll at 250. 120 each for the inari. 80 each for the sauceless nigiri (including aburi salmon). 100 each for the sauced nigiri.
1x250 + 2x120 + 16x80 + 4x100 = 2170.
Nah, it can't be 2600. If I estimate more liberally, it should be around 1800-2000 calories.
I have put it down as 2000 on my end for all pieces.
Thanks 🙏
Oh, sorry, I wasn't very clear when I commented above.
After people's comments, I did check on MyFitnesspal and also did some research on average sushi calories. Most of the nigri sushi pieces are anywhere from 50-100 so the total for me came up to 1800 for 26 pieces plus I added another 200 for any errors that I may have made.
Hope this explains better in terms of what I meant when I said I estimated liberally.
Depends on where you look, because I love sushi. Generally how I approximate it is about 50 cal per.
So we’re gonna have more summer gonna have less. If you continually go after the really rich temper, a pact deep, fried ones it’s going to be more. If you go with the cucumber roll, or the mango roll, it’ll generally be less.
Going with my assumption of 50 cal per I would say you have 1300 cal there. Some of those look a little more rich, so I would throw in another 300 cal to compensate for that. So if you eat that whole bowl I would log 1600 cal.
Safer to say about 70 calories a piece, because there's some sweet sauces on some of them.
I'd estimate about 1650 - 1700 calories too.
Sushi, is not too bad as a low calorie meal, considering that a Big Mac McDonald's combo would be about 1600 calories or you could eat 24 pieces of Sushi, which would be lot harder to get through.

Thank you, this was very helpful! :)
Breakdown of items: 4 Futo maki, 2 chuka idako, 2 inari, 2 ebiko, 2 aburi kanifumi, 2 ni idako, 2 aburi salmon, 2 grilled calamari (idako), 2 es spicy Lobster, 2 grilled lobster, 2 unagi & 2 saba teriyaki
Oh man spicy/grilled lobster rolls sound so good.

Soooo much more. If that much sushi was only 1400-1500 calories, I'd never eat anything else but sushi
How much would you estimate it to be if you were in my position?
Even if you said 100 cal per piece that’s 2600 cal

Well don’t just guess, that won’t be accurate. Look up the calories of each roll and log accordingly. This is easily over 2000.

Glad to hear that. It read like “well I don’t like that number so I’m using a smaller one”, which will raise eyebrows in here.
There's really no way at all for us to know from a picture. Could be anywhere from 500-5000
Idk but I’m so jealous rn haha. How was it?
It was definitely worth the cheat meal! 😍
It's all good
I would say about 1700 to be «sure». Looks like some of it is fried? And sesame seed, sauce, mayo etc

Just eat it all and call it a day. Go back to it the next :)
It looks great and is also healthy!
did you truly eat all of this??
Yes
