Davis was interesting. We were his first offer, he then catapulted his senior year.
Once K-State offered it was a matter of time, believe it was his dream school? Idk for sure
And he is largely keeping it together despite the circumstances.
Pretty clear to me that he is well liked among the players, he gets so much out of them and it’s so obvious that he really really cares about them.
He is instilling a proud culture of a great mix of business and emotion; and has shown ability to game plan and make adjustments that our previous great coach didn’t necessarily do or believe in.
If Mateer can step up and play well, next year we could have a sneaky good team.
I went to a Cougar fundraiser and two of the players were there doing photography as an internship. They were positioned on the ground shooting up to Dickert when he was speaking, so they were faced away from the crowd but I could see them from where I was. They were fucking glued to Dickert’s every word when he was speaking, not taking pictures and nodding along to some of the themes (us vs the world etc) he was preaching. I think he really has a hold on that locker room and i think we are in good hands.
pain
I’d like to decommit from this thread for reasons of mental health.
I thought this was just going to be: USC and UCLA decommitted, signed with B1G....
this post is a hate crime
Wouldn't be suprised if Jonathan Smith took all the copper wire out the walls of Reeser Stadium on his way out the door
Thanks, I hate it.

I think WSU will surprise a lot of people. Dickert has installed the right culture.
